Shipping Information

At BurqaShop, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time anywhere in Bangladesh. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery inside Dhaka generally takes around 1–3 business days, while delivery outside Dhaka may take approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the courier service and destination.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you may receive delivery updates by phone, SMS, or courier notification. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing the order. Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier issues, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery area and may vary for inside and outside Dhaka. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout before the order is completed. We may also offer free delivery during selected campaigns or on qualifying order amounts.

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders. Customers are requested to keep their phone active so the courier can contact them when necessary. If you need help with delivery, tracking, or an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support with your order number.
